At the Madison Invite, Dylan Haar of Brookings won the boys race in a time 16.28. Liam Gill of Chamberlain placed fifth, while Darren Moeller of Kimball/White Lake was seventh. Kaylie Kuehl of Brookings won the girls race in a time of 19.14. Grace Phillips of Chamberlain was runner up in a time of 19.47.

At the Mitchell Invite, Silas Holdeman of Mitchell Christian won the boys race in a time of 16:13:14. Walter Graesser of Platte/Geddes placed sixth. Laura Nemec of Mitchell Christian won the girls race in a time of 20:19.40. Berklee Mills of Platte/Geddes was runner up in a time of 20:37:84.
