In Teener Baseball last night, Winner was able to hold off Tyndall on the road, 3-2. Joey Cole went five innings on the mound, gave up four hits, one earned run and struck out six in the victory. In the Legion game, Winner/Colome beat Bon Homme, 8-5. Fred Whiting drove in three runs while Joren Bruun drove in two. Kameron Meiners went the distance on the mound as he allowed four earned runs and had seven strike outs. In Little League Baseball last night, The Clearfield Minors beat Mt. Vernon in a big way, 23-3. The Mt. Vernon Majors beat Clearfield, 3-1.
