    The University of South Dakota Coyote Football team advanced to the quarterfinal round of the FCS Playoffs after their dominant, 47-0 win at Mercer on Saturday. The Coyotes this Saturday will play at Montana at 2:30pm. Montana on Saturday defeated  South Dakota State, 50-29.
  • Parade of Lights held Saturday in Colome December 7, 2025
    Colome held their Parade of Lights on Saturday night. First place went to KD Ridgebacks and Dals. Second place went to First Fidelity Bank. 3rd place were the Catholic Daughters. Numerous people showed up for ‘Christmas in Colome’ all throughout the day!

    The Burke National Honor Society is holding a food drive for the Wear N’ Wares Thrift Store Food Bank. Donations are being accepted until December 18th. Donations such as canned goods, paper products and cash are greatly appreciated.
