Yesterday Results:
Due to rain some games in the State Jr. Legion and both amateur baseball tournaments some games have been pushed back. Here are some of the games that did take place yesterday.
In Jr. Legion play Claremont beat W.I.N 7-1
Wagener beat Lennox 8-3.
In Class B Amateur Baseall
Mt. Vernon beat Larchwood 4-3
Millbank beat Chamberlain 5-1
Class A baseball
Yankton was on top of Castlewood 6-2 in the 6th before it got postponed.

The men’s open tournament at the Winner Country Club will be held on Sunday with a 10 AM shotgun start. To get signed up you can call the clubhouse at 842-0686

The Ranch Rodeo is coming on tomorrow at Noon. It will be held at the Cherry County Fairgrounds. It is open to 20 teams for three events. Entry fee is $400 per team with added $1000 purse. To enter your team or for details contact Clinton at 402-322-1316.

The fall sports meeting for Lyman County is Sunday, August 11th at 6 PM at the Lyman High School.

Tripp County Flag Football season is starting. Parent/ Coaches/ Player meeting will be on Monday at the Winner Elementary School Gym. Coaches to be there at 5:40 PM and Parents/ Coaches at 6 PM. Players will receive jerseys and go over guidelines for the season.
