Yesterday legaue area results:

The final day of the Jr. Legion State Baseball Tournament took place yesterday.
Lennox beat Redfield 9-8 to take home 5th place.
Wagner defeated Winne/ Colome 3-1 to place 3rd.
In the championship game Claremont defeated Groton 5-4 to win the state Jr. Legion Tournament.

In the Class B Amatuer baseball tournament:
Dell Rapids beat Dimock Emery 10-4.
Four Corners beat Madison 13-11.
Winner/ Colome beat Wynot 6-2.
Plankinton beat Crofton 10-7.

In the Class A Amateur Baseball Tournamenty:
Sturgis A’s beat Aberdeen 3-1.
Sioux Falls Brewers beat Renner 7-1.

Tripp County Flag Football season is starting. Parent/ Coaches/ Player meeting will be on Monday at the Winner Elementary School Gym. Coaches to be there at 5:40 PM and Parents/ Coaches at 6 PM. Players will receive jerseys and go over guidelines for the season.

The Rosebud Phesants Forever Chapter #99 invites all area youth to their annual outdoor youth day on Saturday August 17th. Check in is at 8:30 AM, with events begining at 9 AM and goin to 1 PM.
