The Wall that Heals, a Vietnam Veterans Memorial replica and mobile education center will be on display this week in Central South Dakota. You will be able to check it out Wednesday, August 9th through Sunday, August  the 13th at the rest area off I-90 in Chamberlain. The display will be open to the public 24 hours a day.
