We here at KWYR want to congratulate Coach Kirsten Livermont and her Winner Area Girls Golf team on winning the Region 3A Golf Tournament in Pierre on Tuesday! The girls shot a 357 team score to qualify the team for state next week. Ronae Klein finished first overall by shooting an 80. Addy Root was third as she carded an 87. Liz Jankauskas of Winner Area finished with a 90 for fifth place. Cheyenne Dougherty was 12th with a 100. Sam Marts came in 13th with a 102. The State ‘A’ Golf Tournament will begin on Monday, June 5th in Hartford. Good luck girls!
