Pheasants Forever Chapter 99 will hold their annual Winner Outdoor Youth Day this Saturday, August 18th at the Rosebud Arrow, Rod and Gun Club in Winner from 9am-1pm. Prizes to be won will be shotguns, rifles, an archery bow, a fishing package and a camping package. Lunch will be provided from noon-1. This event is open to kids ages 5-16.
