The Gregory/Dallas Chamber has their Harvest Festival coming up on September 19th at the Gregory City Park. Events will get underway at 2pm. Soup and pie tasting will run from 5 to 7. If you would like to make a soup or bake a pie, call the Chamber at 835-8270.

Legion Baseball Monday-All Star Games in Parkston
Team Black over Team Red in Game 1, 6-5. Chamberlain’s Isaac Shepherd had two hits in the game. In Game 2, Team Red defeated Team Black, 11-9. Dylan Brandis of Winner/Colome was the winning pitcher for Team Red.

Road closure in Brule County Saturday morning
For those traveling in Central South Dakota, keep in mind that there is a road closure on I-90 westbound at Mile Marker 263 as of 11am Saturday morning. There is a report of a motorcycle accident on I-90 at the Chamberlain Bridge westbound. Traffic was reported to be backing up fast as of late morning.
