City Meetings Tonight

The Winner City Council will meet this evening  at 6:30 p.m. in the  Council Chambers.

The Chamberlain City Commission this evening at 6:00 p.m. at the Chamberlain City Offices at 715 N. Main St.

The Gregory City Council will hold their meeting this  evening at 6:00 p.m. at the Gregory Fire Hall at 620 Church Ave.

Wrestling results from Saturday

Saturday was a solid day for our area wrestling teams in Central South Dakota. The Chamberlain wrestling team was able to capture the team title in O’Neill, Nebraska as they finished with 171 team points. The Burke/Gregory Storm Wrestling team won the team title in Fort Pierre and had seven individual champions. Lyman finished runner up as a team Saturday in Fort Pierre.

Showtimes are one 7:30 pm showing on Friday and Saturday nights and a 4 pm matinee on Sundays.

Busy weekend ahead for Wrestling

High School Wrestling gets underway this weekend for our area teams in Central South Dakota. Friday, Winner Area will open their season on the road as they head to Parkston. Chamberlain has a busy weekend. Chamberlain on Friday heads to Mitchell before they compete in O’Neill on Saturday. The Burke/Gregory and Lyman wrestling teams will head to Fort Pierre on Saturday, Kimball will host a tournament, while Ainsworth goes to Mullen. Valentine will join Chamberlain in O’Neill for the weekend tournament.
