*Lincoln Kranig of Kimball/White Lake was runner up in the boys Class B 200 in 22.02. Bennett County’s Rush O’Neill was victorious in 21.91. Jones County’s Asa Best was 8th in 23.05.
*The Burke girls placed fifth in the class B 4×4 relay in 4:12:11. Gregory was 8th in 4:15:96.
*Carson Vanden Berge of Platte/Geddes was third in the boys Class A 200 in 22.41.
*In the Boys Class B Triple Jump, Gregory’s Jhett Eklund was 8th with a leap of 40-04.50.
*In the Boys Class A Javelin, Winner’s Derek Fenenga was 10th with a throw of 149-04.
*In the Girls Class B 200, Lyman’s Brooke Montgomery was 7th in a time of 26.21. Reagan O’Neill of Bennett County was victorious in a time of 24.08.
*In the boys class B 400, Gregory’s Pierce Stukel was fifth in a time of 51.74.
*In the girls Class A 400, Winner’s Keelie Kuil was fourth in a time of 1:00:29.
*In the girls Class B 400, Jones County’s BreAna Aske was fifth in a time of 1:00:36.
*In the boys class B 4X1 relay, Gregory placed third in a time of 44.59.
*In the boys class A 4X1 relay, Platte/Geddes was third in a time of 43.77.

*In the girls class B 2 mile run, Autumn Baker of Kimball/White Lake was runner up in a time o f 5:20:36. Kailee Frank of Burke was fifth in a time of 5:27:31. Ali McCord of Kimball/White Lake was sixth in a time of 5:28:37.
*In the boys Class A discus, Winner’ Shawn Hammerbeck was runner up to Sioux Falls Christian’s Paul Hoekman. Hoekman threw a meet best, 169-04. Hammerbeck finished with a 156-01. Legend Benedict of Winner was fourth with a throw of 147-01.
*In the boys Class B 4 X 2 relay, Gregory was runner up to Colman/Egan. Gregory finished with a time of 1:31:61. Kimball/White Lake was fifth in 1:32:95.
*The Winner girls finished third in the Class A 4 x 2 relay in 1:46:71.
*The Burke girls placed fifth in the Class B 4X2 relay in 1:48:50.
*In the boys class A 100, Carson Vanden Berge of Platte/Geddes was fourth in 11:19.
*In the Girls Class B 100, Reagan O’Neill of Bennett County was victorious in a time of 11.86. Lyman’s Brooke Montgomery was fourth in 12.72.
*In the boys Class A 110 hurdles, Winner’s Austin Blare placed eighth in 15.66.
*In the boys Class B 110 hurdles, Lyman’s Cole Keiffer placed sixth in 16.03.
*Bennett County’s Peyson O’Neill won the girls Class B 100 hurdles in 14.30.

The Winner City Pool will open for the season tomorrow! A reminder that you can purchase passes for the season at the Winner City Office during business hours. Open swim at the pool will take place from Noon until 7pm.
Friday State Track and Field highlights
Day 2 of State Track and Field wrapped up Friday at Howard Wood Field in Sioux Falls. Here’s a look at some of the local highlights:
Autumn Baker of Kimball/White Lake was runner up in the girls Class B 2 mile run in 11:39:77. Her teammates, Lily Baker and Alli McCord were fourth and fifth respectively. Sophia Bauld of Burke was sixth, while her teammate, Kailee Frank was 9th.
- Grace Phillips of Chamberlain was 9th in the girls class A 2 mile run in 11:52:63
- Luke Barretto of Gregory was 10th in the boys class B two mile run in 10:16:32.
- In the girls Class B 800, Autumn Baker of Kimball/White Lake placed seventh in 2:23:63.
- In the boys class B 800, Jones County’s Adrik Schoon was runner up in 1:59. Finn Adams of Gregory was fifth in 2:01:44.
- In the girls class B high jump, Burke’s Emily Diekmann was sixth overall with a leap of 5 flat.
- In the girls class A discus, Piper Powell of Chamberlain was eighth with a throw of 117-02.
- In the girls class b javelin, Gregory’s Dani VanDerWerff placed fifth with a throw of 120-03.
- In the boys class B High Jump, Gregory’s Colt Keiser was runner up along with Aksel Ehlers of Lyman, as both guys finished with jumps of 6-2, and Dawsen Volmer of Lyman was eighth with a leap of 5-10.
- In the boys class b javelin, Gregory’s Cole Serr was runner up with a throw of 165-06.. Gunner Watson of White River was fifth with a 156-06 throw, and Jackson Bolander of Gregory was ninth with a throw of 150-07.
- In the boys class b pole vault, Lyman’s Aksel Ehlers was fourth with a 12-09.
- In the boys class A 800, Winner’s Kellen Brozik was 12th in a time of 2:00:96, and his teammate, Karson Keiser, was 17th in a time of 2:03:39.

City Wide Cleanup coming up in Mission

Paige Bull of Burke won a state championship in the girls class b discus as she finished first overall with a throw of 141-11
The Winner boys sprint medley relay team finished third overall in Class A in a time of 3:38:43. The time was .43 off the school record.
The Winner boys 4X8 relay team finished fourth in 8:15:68.
In the boys class B 110 meter hurdle prelims, Lyman’s Cole Keiffer had the sixth fastest time in 16:29.
