WINNING THE BOYS RACE WAS JOSEPH LAPRATH OF WINNER AREA IN A TIME OF 17:03:96. GREGORY’S FINN ADAMS WAS THIRD OVERALL. CHAMBERLAIN’S KINSEY EVANS WON THE GIRLS RACE IN A TIME OF 19:12:52. AUTUMN BAKER OF KIMBALL/WHITE LAKE WAS RUNNER UP. GRACE PHILLIPS OF CHAMBERLAIN WAS THIRD. CHAMBERLAIN AND KIMBALL/WHITE LAKE TIED FOR THE GIRLS TEAM TITLE WHILE MITCHELL WON THE BOYS TEAM TITLE.

College Football coverage returns on Saturday!

Saturday, we will have College Football coverage on Country 1260 and Magic 93! On 1260, we will have coverage of the Nebraska at Colorado game. Pre-game will start at 10:15 as kickoff is at 11am. Due to the earlier start time, Coaches Corner will run from 8:30-10:15am on Country 1260. On Magic 93 Saturday, we will have coverage of Montana State at South Dakota State. Kickoff is at 6pm. Our prelude to the pregame will start at 4:45.

Cook-Off set for Saturday in Valentine

The Chaduza Cook Off is this weekend in Valentine! The event will happen on Saturday, September 9th. The Chamber is taking entries for the event and have $500 in added money. They are also taking entries for the cornhole tournament that will be happening the same day, and has $850 in added money! Born and Bred will provide the music starting at 7pm, followed by the Will Carter Band!

Competitive Cheer and Dance- Pierre Invite

1st in Hip Hop- Rapid City Central

1st in Pom- Rapid City Central . Winner was 7th and Platte/Geddes was 8th.

Grand Champion in Dance was Pierre. Platte/Geddes was seventh and Winner was 8th.

Grand Champion in Cheer was Watertown. Winner was fourth and Platte/Geddes was sixth.

 

Volleyball

Gregory Invite Championship- Burke over Gregory, 25-19 and 25-16.

 

Golf

At the Best/Mathis/Whetham Golf Tournament at the Winner Country Club , the winning team was Danny Bolander and Michelle Lovejoy, along with the team of Mike and Bohdi Moss.

Winning the tournament at the Gregory Golf Course was the team of Bart Birkeland and Dan DeSmet.
