At the Couples Championship at Elmwood in Sioux Falls, the team of Kim Tyler and Tim Dwire were victorious as they shot a 65.

The Parkston Rays defeated the Hartford/Humboldt Gamecocks in the State B Championship game, 10-8.
The Harrisburg Woodies defeated the Renner Monarchs for the State A Championship, 4-3.
At the State 4-H Rodeo in Fort Pierre, Seth Heath of Tripp County was a state champion in tie down roping. Jakob Heath of Tripp County was second in the average in the boys flag race. Heath also placed second in the average in boys goat tying. Athena Willuweit of Tripp County was reserve champion in breakaway.
