A Caring Coats Project is taking place in Chamberlain-Oacoma! The community is collecting gently used and new coats of all sizes, vests, gloves, scarves, mittens, hats and blankets right now. You can drop off those items at Hair Expressions. If you have a coat to give then please leave a coat. If you need a coat, then you are encouraged to take a coat. Checkout the entertainment at the Playhouse this week!
We encourage you to stop on by the Winner Community Playhouse later this week as Winner Middle School and High School will hold plays Thursday through Saturday! Doors will open at 7 and the curtain time is 7:30pm. There will be three short acts each of the three nights. If you would like to make reservations you can call Winner High School at 605-842-8125.
Ladies Night coming up at the Gun Club!
A ladies night will take place on February 8th at the Rosebud Arrow Rod and Gun Club in Winner starting at 7pm! Ladies are asked to bring their own gun (22 pistols only), ammo, eye and ear protection. Members will get to shoot for free and non-members will need to pay five dollars. Ladies twelve years and older are welcome. An adult must be present with twelve year olds.

Blood drives coming up in Murdo and White River next week
There will be a blood drive in White River next Monday, January 23rd from 1:45 to 5:30pm at the Sacred Heart Parish Hall. To make an appointment call Donna at 605-259-3372. Gregory County reminders
Don’t forget that the Gregory Caregivers Support Group will meet this afternoon at 1pm at the Avera Gregory Hospital. Tonight, the St. John Lutheran Womens annual soup tasters supper will take place from 5-7 at the Church Fellowship Hall in Gregory. This Sunday, January 22nd, a ‘Walk this Way’ event will be held starting at 4:45pm at the Burke Civic Center. The event is open to the public this weekend.

Carter Coyote Classic coming up on the 28th!
The 18th annual Carter Coyote Classic is set for January 28th! 100 percent payback based on the bounty system. The cost is 40 dollars per two man team. You can grab an entry form at the Black Lab in Winner and they must be returned by 7pm on Friday the 27th.There will be a rules meeting on the 27th at the Black Lab. The event is sponsored by the Black Lab, Budweiser and KWYR.
