Winner Community Playhouse news

Don’t forget that the annual meeting of the Winner Community Playhouse will be held tomorrow night beginning at 7:30 at the Playhouse. Next week, the Winner High School Play will be held January 19th through the 21st at the Playhouse! Doors will open at 7pm and the curtain time is 7:30. There will be three short acts each of the three nights.

Blood drives coming up this week in the area

Don’t forget there will be a blood drive taking place in Geddes this Wednesday, January 11th running from 1:30-6pm at the Geddes Legion Hall. There will be another blood drive coming up in the area on Wednesday. You can donate blood at the Presho Gymnasium from 8:45am-2:30pm. If you would like to make an appointment for the drive in Presho you can call Carol at 605-895-2662.

A few reminders for the week

Don’t forget that the Valentine School Board will meet tomorrow at Valentine High School starting at 5pm. The annual meeting of the Winner Community Playhouse will be held this Wednesday, January 11th beginning at 7:30 at the Playhouse. Later this week the Valentine City Council will meet on Thursday at 7pm in the meeting room of the Valentine Public Library.

Coverage from Valentine tomorrow night!

Chris Doski will be back on the air providing you with more basketball coverage tomorrow night on 93.7FM! The Valentine boys and girls will host Winner in a doublheader in the heart city. Pre-game coverage for the first of two varsity contests will start at around 5:40 on Magic 93! Remember later this week Chris will also have coverage of the 49th annual Jones County Invitational too from Murdo!
