Ainsworth will hold their FFA Banquet next Monday, April 27th. The banquet will take place inside the Ainsworth School Gym, beginning with a meal at 6:30pm, and an awards program will follow. The banquet is free and open to the public.

Fireman’s Dance coming up April 25th at the Winner Armory
The Winner Volunteer Fire Department will hold their annual Fireman’s Dance on Saturday, April 25th at the Winner Armory. Doors will open at 8pm, and the dance will begin at 9pm. Weston Frank will provide the music. You must be 21 to attend. Rides will be available to and from the dance within Winner City limits.
Carlock to hold first dance of the season tomorrow!
The first dance of the season at Carlock Dance Hall will happen tomorrow night! It will be a free birthday dance for the public, as Kool Water will be providing the tunes from 8pm to midnight.
Lazy J Sporting Club to host Social on Saturday
The Lazy J Sporting Club in Ideal will host a Lazy J Social Event this Saturday, April 18th. Happy hour will be from 4-6pm, and there will be live music by Emry Kaiser starting at 8pm. The event will run from 4 to midnight inside the Bullroom.
Big Bend Shrine Circus returning to Chamberlain next week!
The Big Bend Shrine Circus will happen on April 20th and the 21st at the Chamberlain Armory! There will be two performances each evening at 4:30 and 7:15. Cost for tickets per adult is $15, and it’s $10 for kids. Advance tickets can be purchased at Burke Oil, or by calling 730-0799.
Winner Dispatch to conduct tornado siren testing tomorrow
Winner Dispatch will be conducting tornado siren testing this week. They will test the sirens on Wednesday, April 15th beginning at approximately 10:15am in the communities of Winner, Colome and Witten.
Flag Auction set for May at Medicine Creek Golf Course
The Medicine Creek Golf Course in Presho will hold a flag auction and gun raffle on May 9th. Tickets for the raffle can be purchased by contacting Chris Long at 605-838-6002.

IN DRAWING (COLORED), TOREE MOSEL OF CHAMBERLAIN WAS A CHAMPION FOR CLASS A. IN THREE DIMENSIONAL (3D), DAPHNE KROGMAN OF CHAMBERLAIN WAS A CHAMPION IN CLASS A. CHAMBERLAIN WAS THE OVERALL TEAM CHAMPION IN CLASS A!
