In Little League Baseball last night, the Clearfield Minors defeated Valentine in the first game, 5-2. Clearfield won game two, 6-1. In the first majors game, Clearfield was able to hold off Valentine, 4-3 on a walk-off hit by Keegan Littau. In the second majors game, Valentine beat Clearfield, 9-7. A couple of terrific teener baseball games were played at Leahy Bowl last night between Winner and Gregory. Winner was victorious in game one, 6-5 as Alex Bohnet had the game winning single in the fifth inning. In game two, Winner was able to walk-off on Joey Cole’s triple in the fifth inning in the 9-8 victory. In Amateur Baseball, Winner/Colome went on the road and took care of Corsica/Stickney, 14-5. JJ Farner was the winning pitcher as he went seven innings on the mound. Derek Graesser was solid at the plate as he went 4 for 6 and drove in three. Reed Harter was 3-6 with a home run. In the Pony Hills League, Plankinton defated Colome, 4-0. Kimball/White Lake scored a 4-3 win over Four Corners while South Central was able to hold off Miller, 5-4 on Thursday. The Dimock/Emery Raptors won a high scoring 9-8 game over the Killer Tomatoes last night in Platte.

There will be a candy scramble for the kids along with a 50/50 drawing, concessions and beer will be provided too.
In Junior Teener Baseball last night, Tyndall beat Gregory in the first game of their doubleheader by a final score of 5-1. Gregory was able to win game two, 16-2. Chamberlain and Winner split their junior teener doubleheader last night. Winner was victorious in game 1, 9-5. Chamberlain won a low scoring game 2, 2-1. In Teener Baseball last night, Onida beat Winner in the first of two games, 11-8. Winner was able to win game two, 5-4. Here is a look at the schedule for Tuesday:
