Governor Kristi Noem last week signed an emergency declaration for Day County, South Dakota. Executive Order 2020-27 is an emergency declaration for Day County, South Dakota, due to damage to its road systems caused by spring flooding. The disaster declaration is needed to apply for Federal Highway Administration Emergency Relief Funding.
