In Vermillion last night in Women’s WNIT Sweet 16 action, USD got a huge three from Chloe Lamb late as USD took down Michigan State, 85-83 in overtime. USD was down 83-81 with 22 seconds remaining when Lamb was able to hit the go ahead three. The Lady Coyotes were led in scoring by Ciara Duffy’s 25 points. Next up for USD is TCU on Sunday in the quarterfinal round. Tipoff time in Vermillion is 6pm.
