Many of our area little league baseball teams got their season underway last night. The Gregory Rookies defeated Winner, 4-1. The Winner Minors scored a  10-0 victory over Gregory while the Winner Majors were able to outslug Gregory, 15-14. The Clearfield Rookies defeated Gregory 2 by a final score of 1-0. The Clearfield Majors beat Gregory, 8-4.Ryder Halligan was the winning pitcher while Aiden Schroeder earned the save. The Burke Rookies defeated Colome, 7-0. The Burke Minors beat Colome by a final of 10-0 while the Burke Majors scored a 11-5 win over Colome. The Lyman Rookies were able to defeat Winner Gold, 3-0.
