It was a strong day for our area wrestlers on Saturday. Winner Area were team champions at the Gregory Invite. Spencer Novotny’s team had five individual champions- Wyatt Turnquist at 132 pounds, Jack Kruger at 126, Kaden Kieser at 120, Sam Kruger at 160 pounds and Achilles Willuweit at 220 pounds. At the Rapid City Invite, Chamberlain Heavyweight Nash Hutmacher beat North Dakota Class A State Champion, Chase Dockter in the championship match! At the Faulkton Invite on Saturday, Kimball/White Lake/Platte-Geddes won the team title.
