In Legion Baseball last night, Platte/Geddes defeated Winner/Colome by a final of 10-9. Seth Kirsch had the winning hit in the seventh inning while Dylan Mohnen drove in three runs and picked up the win on the mound. Jackson Kinzer led Winner/Colome at the plate as he drove in three. At the Junior Teener Tournament in Platte on Tuesday, Gregory defeated Platte/Geddes, 8-4 in game one. Game two was won by Winner as they came from behind to defeat Kimball/White Lake 12-11. Today at 3pm, Winner will play Platte/Geddes in an elimination game. Gregory will play the winner of that game at 6pm. If Gregory wins then they will be crowned region champions. In Amateur Baseball last night, Plankinton defeated the South Central Storm, 10-1 and Wagner edged Platte, 3-2.
