The South Dakota State Jackrabbits are headed to the big dance after beating the University of South Dakota for the Men’s Summit League Championship last night, 97-87. David Jenkins led the Jacks scoring attack as he poured in 29 points and Mike Daum added 25. USD ends their season with a record of 26 wins and 8 losses. The Jackrabbits now wait to see who they will play in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Sunday’s Selection Show.

The Lady Jackrabbits are also headed to the big dance after they beat USD on Tuesday, 65-50. Macy Miller led all scorers with 16 points. The loss for the Lady Coyotes ended their 20 game win streak as they finish the season with a 26-6 mark. SDSU will find out who they will play in the NCAA Tournament on Monday.
