Tonight, the Winner City Council held a Special Meeting regarding Resolution 2025-7. This Resolution was to Declare Emergency for the City of Winner-transformer upgrade. After an explanation of the situation by Public Works Director Troy Kruger, there was a roll call vote. The motion passed unanimously with one Council person absent.
