The Pre-Region 4B Golf Meets were held in Mitchell on Friday. The Burke/South Central girls and Gregory boys won the team titles. Taylee Indahl led all girls golfers as she shot an 84. Her teammate Tressa Bull was runner up with an 85. Emma Schweigert of Gregory placed third with a 94. Emily Stukel of Burke/South Central was fifth with a 97. On the boys side, Gregory’s JJ Beck led all golfers by shooting a 76. Brody Boltjes of Platte/Geddes was runner up with a 77. Jon Bakke of Gregory and Stewart Van Zee of Platte/Geddes ended up tying for third as both guys shot an 80. Jayd VanDerWerff of Gregory finished fifth with an 83.
