The annual Carter Coyote Classic will take place on Saturday, December 15th at the Red Hills Last Chance Saloon in Carter. A rules meeting and calcutta will be held on Friday, the 14th starting at 7pm. One team member must be present for the rules meeting. The entry fee is $40 per two person team. Be sure to checkout the Nutcracker in Winner!
We encourage everyone to come and checkout the Nutcracker in Winner, located on the east side of the former Nelson Electronics Building. They have many unique items like: wine racks, wall decor, Christmas items, barnwood wall decor and shelving, different types of wood decor, small Christmas trees, backlit cross, reindeer, special crossed made of wood, memory box, toys for the kids and flowerpot holders. The Nutcracker will be open 12-6 Monday through Saturday, and from 10-2 on Saturday.
Blood Drive coming up in Burke

Men's Night coming up at DB's Bait & Tackle
DB’s Bait & Tackle in Winner will be holding a Men’s Night on Monday, December 17th! Brats and beer will be served from 5-8pm. All Bass Pro labeled items will be 50 percent off on the 17th. December 12th a big night in Butte, Nebraska
Ellwangers Floral, Country Dreams and Sweet Bee Antiques will hold their annual wine and cheese night on Wednesday, December 12th next week in Butte, Nebraska! The event will run from 5-9pm. All-School Play to begin tomorrow in Winner
There will be an All-School Play coming to the Winner Community Playhouse this week! The play will take place on Thursday, December 6th, Friday, December 7th and Saturday the 8th! The play is titled “It’s A Wonderful Life”. Make plans to take the whole family and attend the wonderful play!
Light Up Kennebec event to happen tonight
Lighting Up Kennebec will be happening tonight! An open house will be held from 5-7pm as there will be food, drinks and plenty more for you to enjoy. Bring the kids as Santa will be at the Kennebec Library starting at 6:30pm. Santa will then be at the Courthouse on Main Street beginning at 7pm.
